The cleanliness and the friendly service were also highlights. However, the dining area can get quite noisy during peak times, and I found the guest management during meals was lacking. Also, if you're looking for peace and quiet, it might not be the best fit due to the family-friendly atmosphere that attracts many children.

We had a wonderful time at the Aktiv & Spa Resort Alpenpark. The highlight was the fantastic food, with a generous buffet for lunch that was included in our stay, which saved us some money as we didn't have to buy lunch when skiing. Overall, it was a beautiful hotel experience, but I might consider avoiding peak times if I want a quieter stay.
